Sheltered by the Alpilles massif, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional and just 5 minutes from the mythical Chateau des Baux de Provence or the village of Maussane-les-Alpilles, Hameau des Baux is nestled in a 5-hectare olive grove.

It's the starting point for excursions throughout Provence, to discover a blend of omnipresent nature, from the wild beaches of the Camargue (less than an hour away) to the Lubéron, and an ever-present culture.

Surrounded by the Alpilles mountains and olive groves that enable us to produce our AOC olive oil, the hotel is a genuine hamlet set around its Provencal village square, with its fountain and plane trees. Around this square, nature is omnipresent, and the hotel's 27 suites are distributed among the hamlet's houses, most with private terraces overlooking rose gardens, olive groves or almond fields.

The cuisine of the Hameau des Baux is therefore a festive cuisine of products, which celebrates the whole Mediterranean, from breakfast, which is taken in the sun, inside or outside, to dinner, including the inevitable Provencal aperitif which, depending on the evening, can be simple around a Mezze on the Place des Platanes, or more sophisticated on the terrace of the hotel overlooking the hamlet, around cocktails or great champagne.

Surrounding the Hameau, the 5-hectare Domaine offers a wide range of activities to suit all tastes, from lounging around the pools in the sun, to reading on the deckchairs in the shade of the olive trees or on your private terrace, or playing sports on the hotel's private tennis court, on our bikes through the Alpilles or in the fully-equipped gym.
