In the heart of the Hameau's central square, under the plane trees and next to the fountain, Mediterranean conviviality dominates, whether for lunch, an aperitif at the end of the day, or dinner. From Spanish Tapas to Lebanese Mezze, our chef prepares the best of the Mediterranean to share throughout the day, while listening to the sounds of artist Samuel Boutruche.

Julie Chaix
La Cheffe de Cuisine

This native of Provence began her culinary apprenticeship in the kitchens of Maison PIC***, where she learned a taste for excellence, respect for the product and a passion for cooking. After working with her mentor Alain Ducasse in various prestigious establishments (Le louis XV***, Le Grill*, La Bastide de Moustiers*), Julie went on to enrich her cuisine and creativity by joining the Bistrot Benoit in New York. The call of the cicadas being the strongest, it is with the greatest pleasure that Julie returns to her region to take over the direction of the Hameau des Baux kitchens and delight your taste buds.
